The Real Estate division of our MLM Business Opportunity is what drives our MLM Business Opportunity. Our MLM Business Opportunity compensation to Real Estate Brokers and Agents is essentially the same with one KEY exception, which I will get to in a moment.
First, our experienced brokers and agents are compensated equally, 90% commission on every deal they personally put into the system. There are two levels in the hierarchy after that, both paying 2%. It looks like this, each real estate agent and broker can hire recruits and receive 2% commissions on all direct recruits and 2% on the next level down. This helps in retention. They can hire recruits NATIONWIDE two levels deep.
If they bring the financing into the business, which is our main bread & butter, they get 50% of the commission generated by the mortgage. Many Real Estate Professionals think this is against the RESPA regulations, however if they offer the client three financing options, they've fulfilled the RESPA requirement for compliance.
